Class Descriptions

All classes are Christ-centered Movement - Worship - Breath practices with Biblical meditations.

  • Biblical Meditation

    • Experience stillness, breath, and worship through a Scripture-based guided meditation.  Have Scripture spoken over you while settling into a time of reflection to receive instruction, and to respond and receive encouragement for transformation through Christ.      

  • Posture Basics

    • Build a solid foundation for your yoga practice by learning posture names, basic shapes, and techniques of yoga.  The focus is on alignment, understanding, and having fun.  Great for beginners and those seeking deeper posture alignment understanding.

  • Chair Yoga (Beginner)

    • Safe and supported with the use of a chair and other props, students improve mobility, strength, balance, circulation, respiration, and digestion through physical movement, breath practice and meditation. Students do not lay on the floor.  Instrumental music. All levels are welcome

  • Gentle Yoga (Beginner)

    • A restorative and calming class, focused on gentle movements, deeper stretching, and calming worship music.  Most of the practice is on the floor, but some balance and standing forms are included.  This restful movement practice is for the body, mind, and soul. Consider bringing a blanket for meditation.  All levels are welcome 

  • Slow Flow Yoga (Intermediate)

    • Introspective slow movements linking breath with motion. Focus is on breath work and reliance on God through meditation and worship with calming praise music. Slow enough for all levels while giving the most advanced student the opportunity for growth.  All levels are welcome - Participants need to be able to move off and on the floor with minimal assistance.      

  • Yogalates (Intermediate)

    • Combination of Yoga movements with the fundamentals of Pilate’s abdominal work. Also included, a 4-minute Yoga Shred-Inspired HIIT for a blast of cardio. Participants need to be able to move off and on the floor with minimal assistance.  Come ready to sweat!  Bring a towel and water.  All levels are welcome. 

  • Core & Restore (Intermediate)

    • After a gentle warm up, practice core strengthening movement to release fidgety energy and invigorate the body before moving into a deep restorative practice and Bible-based meditation. Expect to sweat and rejuvenate, and then focus on stillness, worship, and breath.  Bring a towel, water, and blanket.  All levels are welcome - Participants need to be able to move off and on the floor with minimal assistance.     

  • Power Yoga (Advanced)

    • A revitalizing and fun combination of Yoga + Pilates + HIIT in a flowing physical class meant to include all aspects of fitness.  Expect challenging postures, arm balances, long creative standing sequences, and High Intensity Interval Training for blasts of cardio.  Upbeat worship and praise music.  Come ready to sweat!  Bring a small towel and water.  Not for yoga beginners
