Slow Flow: Yoga on the Polo Field

At minimum, bring a yoga mat, yoga block, and yoga strap.
Also consider a blanket/sheet for under your mat, bug spray, and water.
60-minutes of introspective slow movements linking breath with motion.
A practice of worship with heart, soul, mind, and strength. (Mk. 12:30)
Practice is outside, weather permitting.
