MWB Yoga Sessions:

  • Classes run for 6-weeks at a time (except “Holy Yoga 101”).

  • Drop-ins are welcome - registration not required (except ZOOM and “Yoga for PTSD” classes). 

  • A full session is $25 or $5 to drop-in paid in CASH; or the full 6-week session is $30 or $6 each class paid with CREDIT/DEBIT. 

  • Mats, blocks, and straps are available to borrow, but supplies are limited.

  • Contemporary Christian music.

Private Individual Yoga Therapy & Private Group Classes:

  • All Private Sessions will be charged $20 if cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment.

  • Please contact me directly with your goals and for hourly rates.

Corporate Classes:

  • “Yoga at Work” classes are either paid through the employer so they are at no cost to employees; or employees pay me directly ($8/participant).

  • The most common class formats include: Chair Yoga; Slow Release: Yoga for Lower Back Pain; and Core Strength: Yoga & Pilates movements.

  • Mats, blocks, and straps are available to borrow, but supplies are limited.

  • Instrumental music.
