I teach yoga to deliver people toward contentment in their bodies: heart, soul, mind, strength.   You do not have to be a Christian to enjoy the classes. You do not have to be flexible. You must simply be willing to release your stress, breathe, and stretch and strengthen your muscles. 

Yoga is NOT a religion; it is a practice of mind and body connection. When lead by scripture, prayer and worship poses it is a practice that encourages patience and cultivates an understanding of what God can manifest in our physical and emotional bodies.

Partnering with Doodlematch, we get to play with adorable Aussie Labradoodle puppies, practice some yoga, and fundraise for Quiet Pasture at Green Oak.
