I teach yoga to deliver people toward contentment in their bodies: heart, soul, mind, strength.   You do not have to be a Christian to enjoy the classes. You do not have to be flexible. You must simply be willing to release your stress, breathe, and stretch and strengthen your muscles. 

Yoga is NOT a religion; it is a practice of mind and body connection. When lead by scripture, prayer and worship poses it is a practice that encourages patience and cultivates an understanding of what God can manifest in our physical and emotional bodies.  

No perfect people allowed.

Invest in your well-being, because you are worth it. Commit to a full 6-week session in order to experience transformation, and begin to develop sustainable healing practices that work.

When you are registered and class is cancelled, it is much easier for me to get the word out. And signing up may help reduce your anxiety knowing your spot has been guaranteed! Some of the classes use smaller rooms and do fill quickly.

Adrenal fatigue, burnout, or chronic stress? There is a good chance your nervous system is too nervous. This restorative yoga program helps calm the mind and turn off the adrenal glands. ($20/participant)

Yoga Remedy Series: Yoga for Feet

Plantar Fasciitis, bunions, or flat feet? 1 in 5 people complain about foot pain, and it is more prevalent in women. Foot pain is distracting, and orthotics can be very expensive. This class aims restore proper blood flow and foot alignment for a lifetime of happy feet. ($20/participant)

Shoulder injuries are highly treatable if addressed early. Rotator cuff surgery is not always necessary for healing. Some exercises help, while others hurt. Let’s explore the complex shoulder anatomy, restore health, stabilize the joint, and bring healing to the shoulder. ($20/participant)
